Group Guidelines
Group Size - Minimum of 10 full fare guests or 5 double occupancy staterooms is required to qualify as a group.
GroupDiscounts - Group discounts vary by excursion. Group discounts may not be available on some excursion dates.
Tour Escort Policy - Tour escort berths are earned based on the number of full fare paid guests in a group on the same excursion. For each 15 full fare guests, REL will provide the 16th guest a FREE BERTH, with a maximum of 4 free berths per group. The tour escort berths must be within the group stateroom allotment and will be assigned at the discretion of REL. Check the attached Group Tariff for special Tour Conductor Offers!
Group Promotion - Customized flyers and postcards can be created and printed at NO CHARGE TO YOU. A poster, DVD, video, slides and counter cards are also available at no charge. REL requires review and approval of all promotional copy.
